All orders must be placed by email or fax. Purchase orders must have an order number clearly shown. Verbal orders will not be accepted.

Please include the following details when ordering:

        ·      Official Order Form

        ·      Delivery Address

        ·      Product code  

        ·      Artwork

        ·      Quantity

        ·      PMS Colour(s) for printing

        ·      Print Size

        ·      Print Position

        ·      Preferred Delivery Date

Normal turnaround time is around 7-14 working days (depending on product) from payment and artwork approval. If product is to be indented, delivery time will be advised.

Artwork - Artwork is required to be emailed to info@pinkblue.com.au for best quality, please create artwork in the following formats:

      

       ·   PDF

       ·   EPS converted into outlines in Adobe Illustrator CS

 

Word doc & JPEG will not be accepted, artwork must be supplied ready for printing.

Proofs - Orders placed receive an emailed digital file for approval before job commences.

Terms
- As all goods are custom made, full payment is required with all orders placed.

Payment Options - Direct Deposit, Cheque

  

Freight - Orders above $500 ex gst are freight FREE to Sydney Metro, Additional freight charges apply for other unlisted areas.

 

Samples - We are happy to provide samples on request however charges do apply.


Cancellation Policy - With custom made products, we advise all customers that once approval and production has commenced under no circumstances can orders be cancelled, changed or amended.

 

Pricing - We do our best to maintain pricing, however prices are subject to change without notice.
